My biggest complain was the place didn’t not have a large enough hot water tank to even fill the soaking tub w 1/4 hot water. If you are going to advertise a soaking tub, have a large enough hot water tank to make it useful and relaxing.

We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.

There wasn’t a lake view like stated, you couldn’t dock your boat there overnight, the rooms were not clean, we had one trash bag the entire stay, and the people trying to sell us on a timeshare more than once was annoying.

The outside was dirty, there was spiders and spiders web all over the property. The door going in was old, the toilet water kept running nonstop, the sheets weren’t clean. The shower was old and not completely clean. The outside ice machine alarm was going off all night. To top it off, we got charged $55 when checking in because we needed to pay facility fees and Expedia forgot to tell us that. We will not be back to this place!

Finding the check in office was terrible. The woman checking me in was rude. There were fees that were not covered in the booking process. The room was out of the village across the road from the main stay area, pool and club house. The couch was peeling. The shower drain was broken in half. Pool area for the children was nice but there teenage children running arou d about plowing them down. We were there several hours and no staff came thru not even once. I understand there is no life guard on duty , and parents should have cotrolled these teens, but the staff should be doing rounds checking on thier property. Unless you are renting g a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom house, I would not recommend.

Both pools were green, cloudy and full of debris, with what appeared to be algae and buildup covering the steps and edges. Pools don't get into that condition overnight, and they should have been closed rather than presented as usable amenities. This was during a 110°+ heat advisory, yet there was no water or ice available at the pool, outside drinks were prohibited, and our building didn't even have available ice. We became overheated trying to enjoy a property we specifically chose for its amenities. Beyond the pools, there was bird feces on stair railings, trash left around the property for days and a broken exit sign lying on the ground. We tried calling the front desk several times and were simply placed on hold. To top it off, we were charged an additional $50 incidental fee despite being unable to reasonably use the amenities. For a property marketed as a resort, the cleanliness, maintenance and guest experience were completely unacceptable. We documented everything with photos and have contacted Expedia and management.

This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, completely incompetent establishment. Check-in was a nightmare, retrieving parking passes that had been forgotten by the two over worked employees, while four others stood around, was a pain. We stayed lakeside and every day the key cards to all five rooms wouldn’t work and had to drive back to check in to replace them. There were more than 2,000 spiders that came out at night on our floor, hanging above our heads. It was what nightmares are made of. We called and nothing was done about it. They didn’t leave extra toilet paper, so all five roomed we reserved where using Kleenex by the end. I would not recommend this place. Great location but shoddy service.

Access to the pool and water slide at the sister resort was great and a very short drive! The view of the grass instead of being able to see lake was not ideal, but the inside of the condo was exactly as pictured and beautiful.
