"I was disappointed as I was looking for a resort experience but was underwhelmed. Our first night we were excited to eat at the onsight restaurant. No joke, everthing I tried to order was "not available." 6 tries in and i chose a ceasar salad that was mediocre. There was no pool side drinks unless you walked over to the bar. The bar primarily had tequila. The waterfall bar was never open. The hot tub was so strongly chlorinated that we couldn't stay in long. There were people playing their own...

"Air conditioning was extremely noisy. Room next door was noisy. Didn’t sleep and parking was horrible. 34 dollars to park in ridiculous garage. Over priced. Do not recommend"

"Stay away. This hotel is not a good place for the price. Rooms are dates and ac doesn’t work. Had no shampoo or soap in room on arrival. Charged unannounced resort fee and parking fee. The only positive was the pool and it was unkept. Stay away and try somewhere else."

"I was given the wrong room type however the manager Lorenzo I believe was his name immediately took care of me. The massage I received at the spa was AMAZING!!! The only issue was the pool/hot tub outside needed to be cleaned it had to many bugs floating. Every staff member was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our Sister Trip!"

"We stayed two nights and they have everything you need right at the resort. We did not leave until check out. They have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar was amazing. Pool side bar and waiter that will come to you. Enjoyed the beach. Pool was very busy because it was a holiday weekend. Overall a nice stay."
