" My major complaint is absolutely no hot water in shower. Seems the owner has it shut off. I took cold showers for 3 days. However there was hot water in kitchen. Other major complaint is living room furniture very old and uncomfortable. There was a huge hole in center of larger couch with cushions over hole. Furniture should be replaced. All beds should be replaced. You feel nothing but spring. Lake was beautiful, home was clean. It was peaceful but uncomfortable. If owner would update the...

"Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!"
