"Hotel room not kept clean, bathroom drain was not working we had to dry manually with towels , several times we complained they said someone will look in to it, never fixed in two weeks time , Restaurant staff was very rude not hygiene rules were followed, , she was coughing while serving over buffet, breakfast was very basic and water melons, pineapple was mainly off despite of what we spoke and complaining they did not bother to taste and replace with fresh ones! It was Really bad...

"Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag....

"In general the stay was good value for money. However the hotel would do well to improve if it could provide more than one tv channel available in the main entertainment room. We and many other guests were watching an important football match and it was half way through when the channel was switched over by the entertainments manager who said that another guest had asked him to do it earlier. "We were advised when we checked in that the elevator was disabled and as our room was two floors up we agreed to hand carry our bags up and then down again the next morning ( no big deal) but when we requested a water, they wanted to charge us 3 Euros for a 25 ml bottle of water."
