" Came to stay here due to location near Shadyside hopsital, where I had surgery the next day. What a beautiful property. Friendly staff, especially our bartender. She was young, but easy to talk to and had knowledge beyond her years. We didnt eat here, so can not attest to that. Beds were confortable. Rooms very large and the interior was like a european hotel. Dark woods with Great history. "

"Beautiful place, needs some tender loving care. Patio/porch had boards that are rotting. Room was very damp. Stairs closed off due to wood rotting. Dont try making money in the summer time, lower your prices, no way should you have to pay per person to ride the ski lift, or play axes, putt putt, everything is over priced. I would love to return, due to the cost for four nights I do not see it in our future"

"The apartment was nice! The beds were so comfortable. Noisy neighbors above us running around at all hours made it difficult to sleep. Limited supplies, had to request toilet paper on day two because there were no extra rolls in the apartment at all. The key fob system was easy to use and we felt safe in the building. Overall, great experience. "

"The property owner contacted me a day ahead of time. That was great to clear up any last minute questions. He was very thorough to make sure he answered any additional questions. The lodging was a180 year old home which was beautiful and clean. But that's not to say it was perfect. It still showed it's age. For instance, the light switch for the bathroom was not in the bathroom but in the bedroom. If you needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, anyone else trying to sleep got a...
