"We only stayed one night here but wish we had been able to stay longer. The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were so kind and helpful with making local recommendations as well as storing our luggage. Olivia was really lovely and helpful! We would definitely return. The only downside is we were put into an accessible room, and we did not like that the shower was completely open and the water got everywhere. Request a different room if you don’t need the accesible one....

"I was really surprised of what a nice hotel it was and the service was so amazing. The view was to the castle and the hotel so central. When I booked the room, I didn't noticed that i ess a 4 star-hotel so i was really hapoy when I arrived. I truly recommend it. "One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Arrived on an early flight so was at the hotel before lunch where we we greeted by a very helpful and nice young lady. As we were so early the room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our luggage and were offered use of bathroom facilities.
