"We booked a standard double room with 1 queen bed in a non smoking room, this hotel is in a great location with Hakata station being a 5 minute walk away making it easy to get to other destinations. The room had a well designed layout, excellent powerful shower, and there was plenty of room in the breakfast area which had a noodle station. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. An excellent hotel and I would stay here again."

"Love this hotel"

"Well kept facility Clean Check in smoothly Can provide free coffee"

"温泉が良かった。シャワーの水圧はやや弱めだった"

"Great location to train station and shopping mall. Friendly and attentive staff."

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel New Otani Hakata, you can tell this was a a very grand hotel back in the day from the entrance and lobby. The location good if you don't want to be in the middle of the bustling Tenjin or Hakata, but is still close by. We walk every day to and from those areas without feeling it was very far, although there is a metro station next to the hotel too if you wish to use the train. The room was an adequate size, we were three people in the room and we managed just fine...

"The room was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing. You get charged over 20.00/ day to use the gym and the equipment was old and substandard. Only one bike worked and it was very poor quality."
