"We had clean room, good security. The trattoria restaurant was excellent. The breakfast at Tic Tok restaurant were big. Please notice the Hotel, our room get cold to soon, the cold filtered inside the room 1984, when the windows were closed. We felt the wind coming inside. We could administrate the temperature of the air conditioner so we did had the possibility of warming the room. We asked for a room with queen bed, but they gave us a full size bed. (we did not complained about it.)"

"We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC."
