"Great location and value."

"Amazing property! Love it here!"

"Great property, amazing staff, but old decor and missing decorations in rooms (very basic). Considering all i would stay again"

"Good service, a very nice ambiance, and the place was neat and clean. We had a great experience"

"A truly special property with spacious pool amenity deck surrounded by beautiful trees. The mini hammam spa under the pool was so relaxing and unique. It has a eucalyptus steam room and a multi-jet shower room."

"Very nice property and relaxing pool. A welcoming relief from the touristy crowds in Arles."

"The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!"

"Very few staying which was reflected in an almost empty 'restauramt' (the actual restaurant was closed. Menu was odd, a formula, many things though not available. Staff were lovely and room was clean."
