"Clean room, good facilities. Close to gondola with frequent shuttle, ski hire in the building with friendly and helpful staff. "

"Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and lovely Mountain View’s. We used the jacuzzi but the jets didn’t work. The sauna and steam room were great. The breakfast on Sunday was quite a spread. The hostess was quite brusque. We enjoyed our stay. We had a car. The walk to town would be too long for some people."

"Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile. The rooms are run-down and unsafe, nothing is supplied for using the kitchenette and there is absolutely nothing complimentary, not even a tea bag. The sauna, swimming pool and gym are ok, Breakfast is also not too bad. Hotel etiquette should be enforced, such as not shouting in corridors and not smoking in rooms, which appear to be tolerated. Location is...

"Excelente. Buen desayuno "

"The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast...

"Great all around"

"Amazing place to stay with amazing facilities....highly recommend it"

"The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

"Kaldığımız süre boyunca rahat ettik, rahat ferah geniş odalı, aileler için ideal bir otel."

"Alles was perfect "

"Çok güzel bir hoteldi(bazı kısımlar tadilat nedeni ile kapalı olsa da)Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever di biz iki aile olarak gittik ve çok eğlendik, tek olumsuz eleştirim yemekler konusunda olabilir her gün her öğün de hep aynı yemeklerin çıkarılması 3 gün üstü konaklamalarda sıkıcı oluyor."

"Hot tubs weren't open but pool was and it was very nice. Breakfast is sufficient. Front desk staff nice. Good value."

"From the moment we arrived, our experience was highly disappointing. The hotel is situated in an unpaved area with rough gravel roads, surrounded by an overgrown vacant lot. Upon arrival, there were no English-speaking staff members available at the front desk. Instead, we were greeted by a maintenance worker who appeared to handle multiple roles. While he was exceptionally polite, helpful, and welcoming, he spoke only Bulgarian, which made communication difficult. When we were escorted to our...

"Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly."
