"The property was nice, and the transportation to and from the airport was helpful. We left early and did not get to have the complimentary breakfast. The hotel is pretty typical, and the stay was short, but enjoyable. The only slight disappointment was that the shuttle filled up too quickly, and we had to leave for the airport 3 hours before our flight in order to take advantage of the complimentary transportation."

When we brought this up to the staff, they were so helpful and immediately changed our package to match the Expedia one we were shown online! Can’t remember the front desk ladies name, but she was incredibly helpful! Will say that she was SLAMMED and we had to wait about 15 minutes in line to check in, so maybe they need to have more people working front...

"There was an issue with the system having problems. Not updating bookings, throughout the problem they discovered and fixed it, with prpfesionalism. The breakfast is not even worth it if you are getting there halfway."
