"Our room was broken and in poor condition overall. Shower head arm & toilet seat were broken and not fixed until the next day. Same for the safe as well. The carpet had been cut out in pieces and new pieces glued down. The closet door was off the track and resting against the side of the closet up against the wall. Where the wall meets the ceiling has been painted over the wallpaper to try and cover what appears to be mold. The AC temperature is limited, doesn’t go below 22.2*. There is a hole...
