"Room was very clean, well kept. We never used the bar or breakfast. Staff were very attentive and hospitable."

"This is great and beautiful place to stay. Room is clean, simple but really good and you have everything you need around, also easy access to the public transport. However you need to avoid the rooms which is close to the road. Beside the camp is highway and nearest rooms is feels so noisy inside , hard to handle. But we have changed the room in the middle and it was just perfect."

"We stayed here one night before we joined our planned tour at another hotel. Excellent front desk service from Lorenzo - so helpful. We got upgraded to a King size bed and the room was impeccable - great shower! The hotel is close to La Piazza San Marco and also only a 5 minute walk to the Grand Canal. We would stay again if ever in Venice!"

"Room was TINY and the walls were paper thin. We could hear the room directly next to ours entire conversation. We barely had room to move around, and although we didn’t pay very much, the bed was rock hard and the pillows were the worst I have ever slept on, truly. I ended up sleeping with my travel pillow instead. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the room was terrible. Only stayed there to be close to the airport but would not recommend it."

"Run down property. Not as described on listing: missing tv and no connecting rooms. Old and poorly maintained. Allergies probably caused from mould. Small confined space for a family of 5. No kettle, no wifi, no tea/coffee, no chair, no table, broken hairdryer and lots of mosquitoes. Only 5 beds in a room that feels claustrophobic. Reception is useless."

"OK for a one-night stay while flying in or out of Venice airport. Check-in was easy & the free parking is very convenient. Hotel feels very outdated & the comforter was stained. Overall the value is commensurate with the cheaper price compared to other options near the airport."
