The setting is great, on the edge of town, so easy to get into Capileira, which is really pretty and has lots of nice places to eat. We loved being up in the mountains with great views all around. "Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception. We had to call their number to get someone to let us into the hotel, as we had arrived later than 11:30 pm. Make sure to consider this when and if booking. Room was okay, but walls were very thin and noise can easily go to other rooms."

"Beautiful place but need to go into it thinking it’s more like an Airbnb. Do Your shopping before you arrive as there is nothing there. The onsite restaurant is amazing but not open often. No breakfast included even though on booking it says it is. You’ll need to buy essentials like milk, coffee, tea, basically everything food wise but it has its own kitchen and fridge freezer and cutlery etc. Amazing views Pool great Waterfall appreciated ! "Great location and good room but stay let down by poor service from the bar and restaurant. We were the only ones on the bar terrace but there was no service for 15 minutes. To the left of reception is a 2 metre high banner advertising the restaurant and, specifically, the menu del dia which is reinforced by highlighting the availability of the menu del dua in the information folder in the room - the menu del dia was never available throughout our entire stay and no one was able to explain why...

"O lugar é lindo. Adequado para quem busca natureza e calmaria. Combina com vinho e queijos em frente a lareira, mas não recomendo para quem busca o agito de Granada, é um pouco longe. O povoado é uma graça e a estrada sinuosa até o local assusta, mas é a vista mais bonita da viagem até lá. Não vimos funcionários no local, apenas a dona, sempre muito atenciosa e cordial. O hotel é muito limpo e temos a liberdade para nos servirmos e pegarmos o que precisarmos na cozinha durante a estadia"
