"All was good except for parking. Lot fills up quick and some of the spots you cant get in due to the support poles for the place. Room did have ants but they never bothered us and stayed confined to the window. Staff was friendly. Gave 5 stars because for the price it was great. We usually stay in a cabin when we come and the cost for 4 nights at this hotel was about what we paid for a day to stay at a cabin. "

"Best family hotel in Gatlinburg! Will definitely stay again when me and my wife and two girls come back! There’s so much to love about this hotel! Pool, water slide, and lazy river are stunning. "Located in a convenient area, easy access to freeway , minutes away from downtown and other attractions. Hard to find staff for towels or to ask questions but overall this was a good clean pet friendly and safe place to stay while vacationing with family. "
