"Location is very good. Allows you to be close of Broadway st without having the noise. Service at desk and breakfast early morning is terrible. Service at desk in the afternoon and evening was very good"

"What a lovely stay we have had. The staff at the front desk from the moment we arrived have been helpful and friendly. All the staff that we met from the kitchen staff and the house keeping team have been so helpful, friendly and kind. The addition of massage chairs, free to use was a lovely addition to our stay. "Loved this hotel. Walking distance to Bridgestone. No charge to bring my dog!!! Bathroom spot for dogs right outside front door. Staff were all super friendly. Definitely will stay here again. Parking is $51 a night which I feel is too high. That is my only negative with them, also I think Expedia shows it being cheaper than that too, so they might want to update that with them."

"The pool was green, breakfast consisted of dry cereal, stale donuts and waffles. The doors didn’t look like they had seen any cleaner in months, the rim of the sink had a brown film around it and the corners of the bathroom floor had a nasty brown crust, a previous guest’s used towel was left in the bathroom. The staff was rude, my son and his family had to be moved to two different rooms before getting a working A/C."
