The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location is perfect for going downtown and it’s close to everything. Don’t hesitate, just stay here! "

"Kasa was a revelation for us in this stay. Gorgeous and well furnished with fantastic communications about every aspect of the stay that included photos of what to do. Parking was easy and much cheaper through Kasa than paying otherwise. Everything was so clean, the beds were comfortable... They even provided a wine machine for white noise! Broadway was only a few blocks away. When we come back to Nashville, we will not be looking to stay anywhere else. "

"Communication was difficult, especially since booked through Expedia. This became an issue when it came to obtaining access codes, as the Sonder website (which was emailed to me for verification) didn't accept either Confirmation code. I also started a chat with Sonder 3 weeks prior to our stay asking about bed arrangements to ensure we had the correct number of beds, and I NEVER heard back from them. This was an issue becasue we got to the property and had to make up the sofabed but didn't know...
