"The rooms were not clean when we arrived nor the public walkways neither. The check-in was quick. The rooms were out dated, the AC did not work in one of our rooms, no extra bedding was provided for the pull out couch. There were ants in the bathroom in one of our rooms. The parking was fine. One room had 2 tv's one room had 1, and one of the three tv's didn't work. The safe in one of the rooms was non-functioning. There was items from the previous guest left in our room. We got another hotel...

"The ocean view was unbelievable"

"The bar staff charged me for alcoholic beverages that I neither ordered nor agreed to purchase. They acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the issue would be corrected. However, I am still waiting for my refund and have not yet received any follow-up communication regarding this matter."

"The room was relatively clean. The outside and lobby is pretty gross. They are supposedly renovating at least that’s what the sign said as to why they aren’t offering breakfast even though on the site it is advertised. I didn’t see any signs of renovation though. I was given a bath mat for a towel and 2 conditioners and no shampoo, which I didn’t realize till I was in the shower. If your looking at price only, then it is what it is.
