"Overall we had a very nice comfortable stay. We loved the evening snacks and complaintry drinks that were provided in the common area. The breakfast was really good. The line was long for omelets and cook to order eggs but it moves quickly. We slept very comfortably, the bed and pillows were just right. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a limit on adjusting the thermostat. Our room was set to 75, but for some reason I was still cold, however once I asked for a extra blanket...

"We stayed here before an early morning flight. The woman at checkin was very nice and helpful. We felt very welcome. The room was very nice with what looked like some recent renovations. This was a great option for the price and proximity to the airport."

"I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a holiday, but the room we stayed in was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the sink table, tables and other surfaces. The garbage bins didn’t have plastic bags, and as soon as we entered the room, it smelled terrible! I didn’t sleep well because of the smell, which reminded me of a smoking room. I’m sorry to say, but if we ever come back, we will never book here again."

"Paper products cheap and rough. Soap was drying, and provided lotion smelled gross. Shower head had weak pressure on all settings. Ice from the ice machine tasted bad. The toilet in my room ran constantly and had mold under rim. The pet waste area is just dirt and gravel with a large cactus planted in it! Poor puppies!! The pillows suck and you nickel and dime for extras ($5.00 for extra pillows?!?!) the ONLY thing I liked about your advanced check-in process is that it alerted me about this and...

"Our room was clean however, the elevator floor was filthy and was not mopped while we were there. The back parking lot, as opposed to the front everyone sees as driving by, was extremely dirty. The parking was ok but I wouldn't be proud enough to charge $18 a day for a spot that would otherwise just set empty, truly, for what you pay for the room, it should be included or, as we parked in the back, it could at least be cleaned. The staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. ...
