"Is a good place for couples jacuzzi very good but 2 things would be good and is a microwave in the rooms and a good smile from any staff at this place since even questions I made and no smiles not even looking at my eyes to respond. "

"This hotel was very nice. We weren’t driving so we needed a convenient location, and this was perfect. Literally across the street from the Hyannis Transportation Center and an 8 or 9 minute walk from both the Hy-Line and Steamship Authority docks. The room was clean and roomy with 2 big beds, a big TV, AC and a nice little balcony to sit in the sun. Free breakfast was included and it was very nice (and different every day). For some reason they didn’t make the beds on our last night but that’s...

"The front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival and checking in was a breeze! Our room was very spacious. There were ample drawers for our clothes and good counter top space in the bathroom for our toiletries. The bed was VERY comfortable and the shower was enjoyable with plenty of hot water for two people to take showers back to back. Maid service was performed each day… bed made, bathroom cleaned, and enough fresh towel provided that we never ran out. The location was perfect as well…...

"I didnt like that there was no elevator. I am in my 60's. I was on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Loved everything else...I will return. Hopefully to an elevator. "
