"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. We would highly recommend this home for year round stays"

"The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. Also I opted for late check out (2pm) and was able to pay for it through the app. But the cleaning crew came at 12 and said they had...

"Great property in great location on Cape Cod. 30 min drive for ferry to Nantucket. 2 minute walk to Beach within neighborhood. Cozy and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again. "

"The minute we set foot I took a nap which I never do. It was super clean, in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and we nestled into this adorable cottage. Plenty of room and all you need. A bit of a throwback in time as it’s very basic and simple and as an interior designer I’d love to revamp it a bit but I enjoyed the simplicity and authenticity. Would stay again. "

"This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. "
