We were there during the Noah Kahan concert at Fenway and the hotel was packed due to a pop-up event but the staff remained calm and guided us for check-in and parking and made sure we were all set. "Honestly, we have stayed at the Eliot Hotel many times and love the staff there and the proximity to places we need to go. Overall, the air-conditioning unit didn’t seem to work well and the room was very damp. I did let staff know about this as we were leaving and they said they would have maintenance fix it. We also had four people in a room with a pullout couch and one bed and when we got there, the pullout couch did not have sheets or blankets on it. Staff was friendly and immediately...

"We did struggle on the key pads. Appears you have to enter the numbers quickly. The main door and room door key pads being slightly different made it difficult to enter the numbers quickly enough. That said, it's a good system. Older people, like us, struggle more with 'non-traditional' entry systems :) Perhaps adding a separate can for recycle items? We put a lot of recycle items in the trash :( Location was fantastic. Boston is a great city and we certainly will recommend Copley house...

"We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent."

"Was in a great location-- we stayed for 1 night to go to a concert at Fenway and were able to easily walk everywhere we needed to go. Really liked that it was on a quiet street. Beautiful room and unique set-up. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

My kids were really looking forward to the heated pool, however it was not heated (at least not at that time) and smelled kind of weird as well.
