"Traumhaftes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht ( 43 Stock ). Pool zwar ohne Ausblick, aber schön gestaltet. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Praktisch auch jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung mit auffüllung der Minibar. Allgemein ist das Hotel ein Hammer mit guter Lage. Eventuell das Frühstücksbuffet könnte verbessert werden. Aber ich/wir können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen."

The staff right from receiving us to retrieve the luggage, registration is very courteous and helpful. 2. Amazing special mentioned, is when we called to repair water seepage from the shower closet, it was immediately attend to, there and then. The technician is knowledgeable and courteous. 3. The housekeeping is so understanding. Though we did not request for washing tray, soap...

"おかげさまで本当に楽しい家族旅行を楽しめました。 レジデンスの方はホテルより客室は古そうですが、ホテルよりリーズナブルな価格で、しかしホテルと同じ共用施設(朝食会場、プール、ジムなど)を利用できるのでとてもよかったです。客室は少し古いとは言っても、無料のネスプレッソがあったり、掃除も行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。なによりもフレンドリーで丁寧なホテルスタッフが多く、とても楽しく過ごせました。ここには詳細に書きませんが、マニュアル外であろうことも、色々と臨機応変に親切に快く対応してくれました。 一点だけ難があるとすれば、ロケーションです。最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。また、敷地内のショッピングモールの3階にフードコートがありますが、平日の日中の営業が中心で夜と週末は閉まっており、近場で済まそうとするとそのモールかホテル、あるいは近隣のレストランになりちょっと高くつくかも。 総合的に本当に良いホテルでしたので、次のバンコク旅行の際もまた泊まりたいです！"

"Fantastic location, great room and pool, but even more impressive was the quality of the service from staff, very attentive without being in your face. Wonderful to see and hear the ongoing advice and training from senior staff. Performed with guidance and grace rather than the negative “direction” I’ve seen at other establishments. Finally, the breakfast buffet was awesome. One of the best multi cuisine I’ve had in 45 years of travel. All a credit to Hyatt Erawan Bangkok management."
