I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. "The house is amazing and beautiful.. everything you need for a home away from home. Something for everyone in the family to occupy themselves. It is located close to stores and the freeway. The beds were super comfy. We will definitely come back. There are options to have the beds in the room king or twin size. The home is just like the pictures. Although it was 111 degrees, the home was nice and cool. The backyard area is beautifully laid out. It is safe and quiet. "
