Hotsprings area was really nice and clean and they have free washing but need to pay to dry which is reasonable. Nice touch with the free ice cream and free ramen noodles at night. "

"I had a great stay at this property. The room was quite spacious compared to the typically smaller hotel rooms in Japan, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located around the corner. I’ve stayed at another Smile Hotel property before, and this one is definitely a big improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience."
