"The hotel is nice and in a good area. Rooms are a little small but that’s to be expected in an historic hotel. Carpeting could use updating. Staff was fantastic!"

We were also a 5 min walk away from pier 43 and we also had an amazing view of Alcatraz from our window. I had rent this room for the last 6 year for a week in it is every time an amazing experience. "The Hyatt House is a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and the room we had faced the bay, which we requested, for additional fee from the Expedia priced room, which faced the train station. It was near some stores and walkable mall. The breakfast bar had the typical eggs, sausage and hotcakes but it had the full complement of cereals and fruits."

"We loved the Marriott Vacation Club. Stayed here the night before and night after our cruise. Just a short distance to the cruise port so it worked out great. About a 30 min drive from the airport. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Only gave a 4 star on property because one of their elevators was not working and we had to walk quite a way to our room but the attendants were on top of getting our luggage brought to and picked up from our room so we couldn’t complain. Loved the fruit...

"Beautiful property! Incredibly clean outside and inside! Staff is incredibly helpful and polite! I couldn’t get my TV to work on night #2 and unfortunately the engineer had gone home for the night so we were changed to a different room! Turns out there were 2 remotes and I didn’t see where the 2nd remote was. The next day when I told the staff member at the desk he laughed and said “No big deal…I should’ve asked more questions” We decided to stay an additional night because we’re having so much...
