"A great location for us as we were going to multiple events in Jacksonville and St. Augustine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We liked the bed and pillows. Everything was clean but dated. Signage said they were going to be renovating. That would be nice. The one major disappointment was the breakfast. We don’t expect four star dining with a hotel continental breakfast but this was terrible. Firstly only white bread for toast no wheat or multigrain,...

"very clean with wonderful ocean front room and great service. Parking fee charged but no valet and beach /pool towels have to be signed out and are threadbare. There are also no beach chairs/umbrellas provided by hotel- they must be e rented from a concession and cannot be charged to your room. Minor inconveniences but surprising for a beachfront hotel. Overall, a nice stay"

"I needed a place for a business trip & most rooms were sold out in the city because of the TPC tournament. Staff was great & the hotel was clean. Landscaping/grounds need some attention & it appeared that new hot water heaters were getting installed. Property is older & appears to be going through some maintenance or renovation. Not my first choice but grateful it was available."

"Parking was right outside the door and the room was very clean. There were a lot of kids probably because of Spring Hill suites being attached to the courtyard. Other than that, it was great!"
