"Concierge Robin was kind enough to upgrade our room and provided complementary late checkout. Hotel was tidy, the only issue was that the 8th floor smelled heavily like cigarettes. This should be looked into as it affects those that are asthmatic (like my sister and I) and suffer from migraines (like my sister) since the smell triggers the migraine. "

"Our stay was great. Only issue was the government meetings happening nearby required us to not go out at all for one of the days during our stay. As that wasn’t going to work for us, we changed hotels and they gave us a full refund for unused nights despite it being past refundable date. "Despite it is located in a Hutong and not that near to the 2 subway station, however the hotel make it all worth while. 1. There is FREE laundry service with dryer! 2.
