"The only negative comments are for the food. We had burgers at the grill they were very mediocre. Lobster mac n cheese tasteless. Breakfast was not at MO standard but ok overall. Dinner on the terrace was very good quality and taste. So the big letdown was the grill. Everything else about this hotel is awesome!!!"

Traditional Chinese foods but also some normal breakfast items to keep kids happy. Also provide an afternoon tea with traditional treat but also have popcorn and candy floss. A great addition. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this for anyone to try. Worth every penny"

"I had a great time staying at the Regent Beijing. The staff were wonderful and making sure everything was perfect. The hotel location is just next to Dengshikou station and being able to just walk over to Wangfujing was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend it if you want a hassle-free trip!"

"Large, clean room. Plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. I had some issues with my clothes after using the washer, but the staff were quick and efficient in helping to fix the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing again."

"Well maintained, modern facilities. The room had everything we needed, including a washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle and even electric stove top (shared cooking utensils downstairs in communal kitchen). Daily room cleaning provided, though we did notice a lot of dust and animal hair in the room some days. Also, the room card was sometimes faulty and wouldn't scan correctly to open our door. Otherwise, no complaints. Desk staff were helpful and there was security 24 hrs."
