We have stayed here twice & on every occasion had a Great stay!! Will always stay @ the Holiday Inn Express!! We always look foreward to staying there when we are @ Heathrow!!

The staff were beyond helpful! They were attentive to our needs even helping us get into our room as early as possible. They gave us directions for downtown London. The rooms were wonderful and the bath towels were huge!!

Sofitel London Heathrow
The bed was absolutely horrible. The mattress should have been changed some time ago. There was a big sag in the mattress. I expected a lot more from the hotel given the high cost of the room. One of the employees acted as if we were trespassing and followed us around...not sure why. The woman who ...
