Hello Cole Perna - Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at The Viking Lodge. Small business owners use feedback on reviews to make changes so that the next guests have a more enjoyable stay, a better meal, or a more pleasurable shopping experience. So it's very important to be sincere and honest during the review process. While you didn't take the time to verbalize what was wrong with your stay, I can see by the rating that you were not happy. This is very important to me.
