  • Buscando una escapada? Ven a Creekside Cabin a las afueras de los límites de la ciudad para probar
    "Pequeña vida en la casa"! Todas las comodidades del hogar solo son más pequeñas. Este es un gran lugar! Siéntese junto al arroyo y escuche el agua correr o acomódese junto a la chimenea de leña "Tiny" para alejarse de todo. También tenemos un pozo de fuego en el frente, por favor traiga madera si lo desea usar. Esta es una cabina de 3 niveles: hay una escalera de caracol para llegar al segundo piso que es estrecha y tal vez un desafío para las personas mayores o no tan ágiles. Las escaleras hacia el 3er piso son escaleras regulares y el área de descanso del 3er piso tiene techos bajos que es posible que no pueda pararse derecho. Un pequeño lugar divertido para descansar y si buscas algo diferente ... ¡este sería el lugar para ti!
    Situado en los senderos de motos de nieve del estado de Minnesota. Senderos también ideales para caminar / 4 ruedas / ciclismo. Tenemos pollos y un perro en nuestra propiedad. No está solo en esta propiedad, vivimos en la casa a la izquierda de la cabaña.

Very quaint stay on a beautiful peace of property. The lodging offered everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a great spot for a peaceful and cozy experience. It is close to lots of hiking, river views, and places to eat and shop. The best part is you are close but feel like you are out of town and remote. It is clean and the host is helpful and kind. The only thing travelers should note is that the spiral staircase from the first floor to the second is beautiful and rustic but steep. If you have any mobility issues that make stairs hard, you would not be able to get to the sleeping area.

This is our second visit and we're thinking about a third. For us, it's a relaxing space with all we need as a base to travel around the area, read a book, or sit on the patio or balcony and watch the birds. Tanya, Damon (and Jasper) are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them.

We enjoyed our time here. Close to main roads and close to the State Parks for great sight seeing.

We enjoyed saying here and definitely would stay again. Everything was as described. Close to anything we might need but also felt secluded. The host was communicable and was available if we had any issues.

The place was cute and very tiny - unfortunately we did not stay because I am allergic to mildew and the place had a strong smell of it and my allergies were bad after being in there only a few minutes. Also the bed was shorter than a normal full sized bed and my husband did not fit on it . The river was more like a pond and you’d have to sit in the driveway to sit by it . The pictures were accurate but this place would be good for young people- we’re in our 60’s and it was not comfortable for us .

We had a great time in this lovely property. The location was very convenient to town, but you also felt out in the country with all the trees - great star gazing from the balcony!

We stayed for three nights, and were happy to get this place on rather short notice. The kitchen was gorgeous, with a clean modern vibe, and everything was very clean. Comfy beds. Perhaps not the best place if you are super tall (I am 5’5” and could stand in the middle portion of the 3rd floor, my husband could not.) As seniors with sensitive knees, we did find the spiral staircase a bit challenging, but over time got used to the climb, using the railings to assist. We really appreciated the effective main level and bedroom level A/C, as well as the main level dehumidifier, as temps were in the 90’s every day. The second level is a cosy living area with sofa and TV and streaming services. Location is close to town. The fireplace is a nice touch, but we didn’t use it or the firepit, or the porch. Just too hot out!

Winona Retreat

I absolutely loved my stay, the property was fantastic and Winona is a beautiful place. I was by myself for some solitude and the creekside cabins get away was a great fit.

Great peaceful Cabin

Great stay at this cabin just outside Winona. Place was advertised, and was everything expected. Very nice property owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely no way to get any luggage up to the third floor where the beds are. Stairs so steep and high up it was extremely creepy and scary. Didn’t even end up staying there. Went for a hotel in town. Host wouldn’t refund or help at all
