"Everything was pretty good in my room. Comfortable bed, A/C worked well, and housekeeping was great. Negative: the construction of the shower was bizarre. The shower head constantly sprayed water all over the floor and the tile had missing grout, which most certainly is causing water damage. Also the last day of my stay I didn't have any hot water!"

"I had such a great time staying at the Royalton. The staff was fantastic. The room was comfortable, and everything I needed was responded to immediately. The only small note that I would give is that some of the TVs have not been upgraded for streaming. And the next time I stay, I'll bring an HDMI cable connector for my iPad. They were so friendly and helpful. They really made my trip special."
