"There are no cus for coffee machine. The bathroom shelf was crooked and hanging. The gave us seconf floor facing parking lots. The room smelled musty all the time."

Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel
"First night was horrible. I booked 2 beds and they gave me 1 bed with a foldable bed for my mother in law who’s is 95! Then, the air conditioning would not go off so they put a blanket over it for the night. Then we talked to Asia the next morning and she made everything right with a room with 2 ..."
