"Staff was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a some problems that were out of their control that made the stay less than desirable. My room was on the 3rd floor right near the elevator. However, after checking in, I left to come back later that night and found the elevator was broken. "This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work.
