"Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. "Excellent breakfast with many fresh items. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quick meal. Some salt, pepper, and cooking oil would make it even more convenient. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Highly recommended."

"We are return customers from 3 years ago. Seems as if the property is ran differently than previous. Everything was pretty standard for a 1 night stay. My only complaint was the provided breakfast. We arrived at their breakfast at 7:30am. They started serving at 7am. By 7:30, the staff had alerted us they were mostly out of food which was apparent. No dishes either. I understand they can get busy, but poor planning led to this. All of the guests didn’t walk in from the street. They were booked...

"This hotel is a self service hotel, you pretty much have to do everything yourself. There was rarely anyone in the reception when we needed help with something, no room cleaning and the staff at breakfast was rude and unpleasant."
