This is the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at. It does not correspond to 4 stars at all, it doesn't deserve even 2 stars. The furniture is falling apart - the desk in the room was "repaired" with masking tape, the carpet is dirty, worn out, and stained. Rusty and dirty hardware in the bathroom, the room reeked of mold. The food offered in the "all inclusive" option was disgusting and served by their personnel, with huge long lines and ridiculously long wait time. I didn't eat any thing, didn't even have coffee because it was offered in plastic cups for water that are not safe for hot drinks. Paid for 2 nights, left after the first one because of the horrible conditions. Complained at reception and was told that they couldn't offer any compensation. Don't make the mistake of staying at this hotel - it is literally falling apart, zero maintenance since the day it was built. This is not just my experience, you can read other reviews on other sites and then see how the hotel responded to those - by attacking the guest and blaming them, claiming they never stayed there even though the reviews are verified, etc. Totally unprofessional and tells you exactly what you can expect from this hotel.

We know perfectly well who is behind the comment - there is no need to hide behind Anonymous on Expedia. It is not an honor for you and you do not have the courage to stand with your name for the words written by you !!! First - the room was after a refreshing renovation. The floor is covered with carpet. Тhe chamber maid clean the rooms every day with vacum cleaner and the bathroom with different detergents with antibacterial effect. Regarding the food - yes you have to wait in the restaurant because our buffet style is not self served. We have staff who serve the portions in the dishes. We are not allowed to let guests self service because of the Covid- 19. We served drinks in plastic glasses for the same reason - Covid -19. There is no risk when you drink in a glass and after then you throw it away. Please keep your advice for yourself. Otherwise you have to read all the reviews beforehand. It is obvious who has unprofessional behaviour. Be happy! Be healthy and I hope that some days you will take time for something more reasonable except writing in the sites for your unhappiness.

It is a very nice hotel, the room is very spacious. We were little bit dissatisfied about restaurant because the food was served by staff and they didn’t have enough staff, all the time was queue. We enjoyed every night the entertainment.

Ich bin auf die Sterne reingefallen! Miserable Zustand! Unfreundliche Personal! Sehr schmuddelig und das in die Corona Zeit!! Einzig gut war der Ansicht auf das Meer!

Dear Karin, Thank you for your review! Please let me know - did complain at the reception during your stay about the cleaness in the room??? In case that you have some requrements you need to tell us or to ask on your stay and everything will be removed on site.

Hôtel vétuste, même si la nourriture était correcte aucune originalité, nous avons mangé 15 jours la même chose. Le ménage laissait à désirer. Pas d'amabilité de la part du personnel, pas de conseil ! Accès domaine SPA, rien d'ouvert à part la piscine d'eau chaude, pas de sauna, hammam en fonctionnement.
