"Everything was great! Touch to get into the parking garage and it has limited space. Everything else was great! Room was nice and updated! Staff extremely helpful!"

"Limpieza ,atención,todo 100 ,muy complacida y feliz con mi estancia"

"Great location!"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"The room was Actually very clean. Staff was very nice with patient & polite. Nice view. Plenty of restaurants and stuff to do. I would Definitely suggest valet parking $76 in & out because self parking is $65 with no in & out."

"The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Hotel parking was a little expensive but the attendants were great."

"I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again"

"Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay."

"Staff is greatly appreciated and the room is very clean"

"Estuvo muy increíble, fue una experiencia maravillosa.Es un lugar precioso me encantó"

"Located in the heart of the city. Staff is always friendly and helpful"

"The highlight of this hotel is hands down the people and the place. The location is super central and convenient, and the staff are absolute gems—always smiling, very friendly, and ready to help. My only critique is the hotel itself. It’s definitely outdated and the rooms could use a thorough modern renovation. If you can look past the older decor, the service and location make up for it!"
