The building is 4 years and is located in the exclusive Aldea Zama neighbourhood in Tulum. All roads are paved and the area is clean and safe.

Our apartment is a ground floor, easily accessible apartment with keypad access. The second bedroom also has a door for direct access but we prefer to keep that door closed. You will walk into a large, beautifully furnished apartment with high ceilings. We have three air conditioning units and 4 ceiling fans so there is constant air circulation throughout the apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen area with electric stove top, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and all utensils. There is a large island for food preparation and seating for breakfast. There is a built in washer and dryer, with clothes horse, ironing board and iron.

The wooden dining table is massive and built by local craftsmen and comes with 6 modern and comfortable chairs. The table can be used for home office activities and there is fibre optic wi-fi in the apartment. Super fast!

The living room area has a really comfortable sofa, 2 puffs, table and high definition TV, which has local tv channels, Spotify, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The living room has large sliding glass doors out to the patio. There is a private Jacuzzi (cold water), large round seating area which is great for relaxing and a private garden area which provides lots of privacy.
The Master bedroom also has a glass door walkout to the patio. There is a king bed, lots of cupboard space and a walk in bathroom with large sink, walk in shower and toilet.

The second bedroom has two very comfortable single beds, large cupboard space for bags and clothing, a high definition TV and private walk in bathroom with large sink, toilet and walk in shower.

We also have two bikes for you to use free of charge. There is a pump for the bike tires located in the living room cupboard below the tv (right side drawer) if they need air. Use the locks when parking outside the property as bikes are a popular item to steal.

In the common areas of the building you will walk out to the pool and a bar area where we like to eat breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine - there is a bbq grill if you want to make you own food. It will feel like your own private pool! There is a gym on the third floor - kind of small but has good weights, elliptical and running machines. There is also a business centre on the second floor but the apartment is much better for home office work.

It's a quiet, beautiful space but located close to all the restaurants, town centre and beautiful cenotes and beaches. Checkout our guidebook and enjoy the space!

The apartment is located in the high end Aldea Zama district of Tulum and is located 38KM from Tulum International Airport and 1.8 KM from Tulum Bus Station, the property is near attractions such as Tulum Archaeological Site (4,5 km) and Sian Ka´an Biosphere Reserve (15 km).
