"Very conveniently located opposite Centre Point Shopping Centre and 200 metres from the waterfront dining precinct. This property offers immaculately clean rooms with private bathrooms and good air conditioning. Don’t expect hotel like facilities (gym, front desk etc), but if you just want a room to base yourself for your Sabah adventures, this is a great find!"

"Fantastic sea facing, penthouse unit very close to the airport. I'm fact the infinity pool faces the runway. Superb noise insulation hence no noise of the flights taking off or landing. Convenient location for tours and couple of nice eateries nearby. Very courteous staff too👍"

"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."

"수건에 날파리가 붙어있거나, 객실 청결도가 조금 떨어지긴하지만, 직원분들이 진짜 친절하시고 24시간 프런트라 새벽에 가도 체크인 가능합니다. 조식 메뉴는 거의 비슷한데 과일은 날마다 조금씩 다르고 여기서 먹은 파인애플이 인생 파인애플이었습니당. 다만 조식 먹는 시간에 사람이 몰리면 앉을곳이 없을 수 있음! 물이나 수건은 프런트에 요청하면 추가로 더 주시고, 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 편했습니다. 공항이랑 거리도 가까운 편이고, 이 호텔에서 여행하는 곳들의 거리가 많이 멀지는 않아서 좋았습니당."

"1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. "These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...
