"My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. She is not a breakfast person, but enjoyed it at Falkensteiner. The immediate area around the Hotel is full of shopping and dining options. It’s basically at the center of the town. Excellent value!"

"Just got back from a stay at Hotel Excelsior in the Dolomites and honestly, it was perfect. The sauna area was really nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Food was excellent across the board, from the breakfast spread to the salad buffet at dinner. They’ve got a solid wine list, great coffee, and every meal came with a view that made you want to linger a little longer. The staff were super friendly and made everything feel easy and relaxed. "Även om läget är allt annat än praktiskt (på sommaren) och det saknas både pool och enklare vandringsmöjlighet så är det ett riktigt läckert hotell. Vyn från balkongen är världsklass och miljön runt omkring superfin. Bra restaurang. De kan dock inte engelska."

Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"The views are unbeatable from these rooms! Staff is very friendly and all the amenities worked great. Something to consider is that the property seems close to Bolzano on gmaps, however if you're getting there by car it's about 25 minutes outside of town up a VERY winding road. If you don't have a car, there's a bus that leaves from the train station and will drop you off right outside of the property that goes by every hour."

La chica rubia joven de recepción es muy acelerada y no nos dejó tomar una manzana del buffet de la cena, que ya estaba listo pero no abría hasta una hora después, gran falta de criterio. Llegamos hambrientas después de un largo trayecto en coche y aún así dijo que no. En cuanto llegamos nos preguntó si queríamos cenar ahí y le dijimos que si. Nos explicó...
