Muy buena atención pero le faltan atencion a las alfombras y el elevador

I have a pet. When I checked in I was not told what the pet fees were. To my surprise, they were 75.00 for the night. Most places charge 25-35 dollars. I have used this Hampton Inn several times, but I’ll be shopping around next time I travel through.

Average Hampton. Fine for a one night stopover. Breakfast was adequate.

I loved the property and the staff. The only thing I was surprised by was the exorbitant pet fee. Most pets do less damage than children and they don’t charge extra for children. This will cause me to think twice about coming back. We paid almost as much for the dogs as we did for the room and they don’t need a bed, Disappointing 😢

I spoke with Ann who helped me with my reservation. She was very patient with me and understanding. I think she went above to ensure that my stay was perfect well before I even checked in.
