"The best two things are the location right on the beach and the staff. The lotion just cannot be beat. The staff also are so friendly and helpful and kind. This is really a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was included with our room. We really enjoyed eating breakfast just feet from the breaking waves."

The small fault that the Hotel had was the cleaning of the bathrooms could be a bit better but other than that nothing to bad what makes us stay five star stay is the hospitality from its workers. "Roca Sunzal was amazing! Everything was steps away from restaurants, bars, live music, the beach, the pool, souvenir shops, guided tours and tattoo parlors! Room was clean and service was exceptional! They were very attentive to our needs! The airport shuttle (for a fee) was excellent and on time. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"We had a great stay at Casa Lúmina. The staff were very friendly and helpful, showing us the property, getting the outside jacuzzi ready for us, having a to-go breakfast ready for us when we left for the airport at 5 AM, and they were very responsive via WhatsApp helping us to coordinate an airport transfer! I had the most comfortable sleep I had all trip here, the bed was very comfortable, the AC was comfortable and quiet, and the room was lovely (and quiet!). I would stay here again!"
