"Lovely hotel, perfect for a stopover for a flight."

"Great location for Twickenham Stadium. Car parking was a bonus, especially for the rugby match day. As my wife Fiona's birthday were given complimentary breakfast and couple of drinks vouchers which were much appreciated. Thank you. First time staying here, and will defintely stay again."

The bed was comfortable but some details were lacking such as no non slip bath mat & the tea/ coffee/ milk not restocked on our arrival. Our room seemed to have alot of flies for some reason despite the window being closed.The buffet breakfast was adequate but a little uninspiring. "I stay at this location frequently because I love it! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. It also has air-conditioning, and right now, that’s pretty important! I have had very delicious meals at OXBO, the onsite restaurant. There are choices for vegetarian and meat eaters alike. The staff also takes into consideration dietary preferences and/or restrictions. All in all, this is a really great place to stay on your way in or out of Heathrow!"

"It cost our friend over 7pounds just to drop us off at the front door. I had never heard of anything like that before. The staff wasn’t very helpful when I asked about transportation options to our terminal. They had nobody else to help but still didn’t seem interested in helping me. Breakfast buffet lacked gluten free carb options. We won’t be staying there again."
