I welcome you to my home!

We have a wonderful convenient three bedroom, two bath condominium. It is the one of the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina! We would love to share it with you! Updates are done often!

Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups.
Fresh & clean condo! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Come enjoy the convenient first floor location in this beautiful condo! We want to make your vacation the best that it can be.

Accommodations:
Master bedroom - King bed
Second bedroom - Queen bed new
Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (NewDouble Bed, Single Bed)
Living room - Full sofa bed
**Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children!

Towels & sheets are included for the # of guest when you book the condo. I do not charge for linens & towels for the number of people you say you have when you book. Outdoor chairs and umbrellas are in outside storage for you! I start the season with 9 chairs!
We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a three-night minimum during the off season.

VRBO and owner are not responsible for travelers choice of insurance. The $59. insurance is for damage/breakage in condo. Payments can be made thru VRBO .

The property was beautiful and clean and perfect for my family of 5. Check in and check out were super easy. The location is perfect!! The neighbors were quiet and respectful. The kitchen had all the essentials and then some. And most importantly, you can beat the view from the balcony. The private beach access was so convenient. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. Although its shared with the other occupants, we had plently of times with the pool all to ourselves and it never seemed over crowded. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Surfside.

Surfside summer adventure

Great location right on beach, unit had all we needed for our 2 week stay. Close to restaurants & grocery stores. Owner responded promptly to any questions. Would come back again for sure!

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, everything was perfect. We’ve been to many beaches, been on many trips, and this one far exceeded all expectations. Everything was clean, well furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The town and building are quiet and was absolutely the perfect get away for my family. Not one complaint. Given the opportunity we would absolutely stay here again! 100/10!

We had a wonderful week filled with great weather, amazing views, and lots of beach time! The property was clean and comfortable. Its location is fantastic! We appreciated the proximity of the condo to the beach, the design of the building (for functionality and quiet), and the overall location to the pier, restaurants, and entertainment! Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this vacation place!

Vacation property was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Property was immaculate, convenient, amenities were extremely nice and view is spectacular! One of the nicest places I have stayed in SC. Owner was very communicative and easy to work with. We would love to stay here again when we come back next year!

Home away from home

Property location was great. No stress to get to to the beach. The property well maintained, decorated, and nice amenities. Very quiet area and accessible to all the outings, restaurants, etc.

Amazing sunrise views!

Everything was perfect with the condo, it was very clean and well stocked with towels and essentials in the kitchen. We loved spending time on the balcony to watch the sunrise and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. This was our first time staying in Surfside and really liked the location. You can walk to several restaurants at the pier.

Thanksgiving with the best view of the sunrise. ☀️

This choice to do Thanksgiving at the beach was hands down the perfect one. Arriving from different locations I was able to have this holiday with my husband and grown children. I was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving in this clean, well organized and equipped kitchen. There was not one dish or piece of cookware that I didn’t have access to that I needed. I had even brought many things from home just in case and didn’t need them. The balcony had a clear view of the morning sunrise and it’s just a quick walk to the new pier. About 6/10 of a mile-ish. We didn’t rent a golf cart - I quickly saw this would be an issue with parking it. But it was too cold to ride it anyway. In the warm months I would say it’s walkable to some of the surfside restaurants- about the same distance as the pier. Murrells inlet area is also a must do for fresh seafood and just 10 minutes down the road. The check in process and the communication with Melinda was fantastic. Easy check in and out. The door code is always a plus rather than keeping up with a key. I would come back to this location in the off season. I do not have little children and the pool is right below the balcony. So if you have kids - that’s a plus. I however would not choose this for us during peak season. Just my preference. But for this holiday it was perfect. Clean. Neat. And well organized. Perfect Location

The property is as described. Very clean with well equipped kitchen. We loved the location, neighborhood, ocean view and easy access to the beach. We spent the majority of our time there on the beach or enjoying the view from the balcony. Comfbeds.

We had the greatest time here. From booking, to checking in, the owner was great. Provided detailed instructions for everything, even gave us restaurant recommendations. The unit was clean & comfortable. The best part…THE VIEW!! Absolutely AMAZING!! We will definitely be back!!
