One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Congrats!

The location is great, the service is stunning: from the concierge Jay, to the ladies on the breakfast, that even included fresh coconut! The room (or better say apartment) was clean, amazing bed and sheets, and something that I love, floors without carpet (that no matter how clean they are, always hide some dust). Beautiful pool. Without being pretentious, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed and would love to stay back. Congratulations to all the staff!

Hotel Boutique con excelente ubicación y servicio
Publicado el 30 jul. 2019 en HotelsEste es un Hotel excelente, tipo Boutique, lo cual es una ventaja en Bangkok. En Bangkok hay Hoteles extraordinarios, pero la mayoría de los mejores son muy grandes e invariablemente eso afecta la calidad de servicio. Este en cambio es de un tamaño perfecto y con atención muy buena. Esta empezando a dar señales de necesitar renovación en algunos aspectos, pero sigue siendo muy bueno.

Good but details..........
Publicado el 2 nov. 2016 en HotelsNo doubt the hotel is good, rooms are very comfortable, with kitchen and all that a little apartment won't have. The thing is that we were not receiving he proper service, the people at the reception were missing requests. Also the air conditioning at the room was not functioning properly.
