Hotel excepcional. Excelente ubicación. Desayuno muy bueno.
El personal fue muy amable, salvo una supervisora de la limpieza que llamó a la puerta a las 11:00 para saber si nos faltaba mucho para salir, ya que querían limpiar la habitación. Nos pareció fuera de lugar, pero le respondimos que “media hora”. Al regresar por la noche nadie había limpiado. Nos apuraron para nada. Se lo comentamos al joven recepcionista de la entrada y amablemente nos dio otra habitación.
Volveremos.

Great location. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

Likes: Great location; hotel friendly and helpful; excellent breakfast choices; room was spacious and clean. Had an issue with the room and staff immediately was responsive. Apologized for the inconvenience and gave us two 75 Krona discount coupons to use at the hotel restaurant.
Dislikes: One reason for selecting the hotel was ot had a pool. Upon check-in, we were advised there was a charge for using the pool i.e. $40 per day on the weekend and $20 per day during the week. This was not mentioned in the Expedia listing. As a result and high cost, we didn't use the pool. The shower in the room is very difficult to get in and out of. Consequently would not recommend the room for handicapped and/or elderly as there is the likelihood of slipping or falling.
Overall the hotel is a good one.

Lower floors seems not renovated and rooms are little bit shabby. SPA and roof pool on 8th floor are fantastic as well as breakfast.

Perfect location, close to central train station and bus terminal. Buses, metro and tram nearby. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very good breakfast.
