There was nobody to check us in. They must have gone home. We had to use an old phone that you couldn’t hear anything on and talk to an operator in some other state. Whom even knows who. Didn’t have any physical face to face with someone. No run down of the property. Didn’t even show my id or card to check in. There was a line of people waiting also. Tit was just like pull up and figure out what to do on your own.

bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Free coffee for pot. Newly remodeled and clean. Location is perfect. gym was in their other property but only 5 minute drive. No elevator so be prepared.

Avoid. They will not work with booking agencies when unexpected booking needs arise. Stay elsewhere at similarly priced lodging.

I reserved through Expedia. My arrival was delayed so they gave my room away. We had a loft suite rated to sleep 4. The bed was OK, but the sleeper sofa was torture. My reservation was for three nights, was late and as noted, they did not have me in the system for the second night. I ate the third night because of the sleeper sofa. I will not stay again.
