This hotel is so lovely, service and location was excellent. Also the most beautiful robes I have ever tried .

Liked it was close to tradefair, eateries and nice river walk. Didn’t like $100 per night deposit for bar fridge in room. If you cant trust people then we Should have the option to have bar removed from room.

My partner and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived till the day we left everything was perfect. The lovely lady at the checking, the housekeeping, the lovely staff at the restaurant, maintenance staff, concierge and all other staff that we came across in the elevator were very friendly, cheerful and happy to help.
Our room was clean and well appointed and had a cozy feeling. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Although our room was facing the motorway, it was very quiet and we had no issues sleeping. The bathroom was nice, spacious and clean. After reading a few reviews about issues with the cleaning, I was a bit reluctant. I believe the management does take on board all the feedback as the housekeeping did a great job at cleaning our room. The breakfast was great and there were lots of options to choose from. They even had a fruit juicer, which is something I didn't come across before.
Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne!! Thank you team @ Pan Pacific 😊
