"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."

"The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago."

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"This will be my one & only stay at this motel. I wasn't expecting much, but I was nervous about sleeping here. Stains on the floor, walls & shower curtain left me with trepidations. The toilet was frightening because not only the toilet seat move, the ENTIRE commode did as well! Also, I've never had place that wanted to charge EXTRA for a late checkout of 2 hrs.... UNACCEPTABLE! The only good attributes are that it's near great public transportation & close the airport. Think twice before...

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. We also could walk to the Red Line Subway Station to commute to the downtown conveniently. The hotel is close to...

"I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The hallways, rooms, and overall condition of the property gave very little confidence in cleanliness or upkeep. "The hotel itself is excellent—brand new, clean, modern, and well maintained. The amenities and overall atmosphere made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, our check-in experience on the evening of May 31 was disappointing. The front desk associate was on a phone call for about ~10–15 minutes while guests waited in line and did not acknowledge anyone waiting. A simple greeting or update would have gone a long way. When we finally checked in, it was difficult to get clear answers to questions...

"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"The first impression was our check in, she made sure to let us know upgrade options, which, to our delight, were affordable and turned out great, loved our river front view and space! King suite. The hotel is smack dab where you want to be, walking distance to every thing! Love Chicago, river front walk, architecture, lake, food! Breakfast buffet was great, friendly faces each morning! Doctor conference, lots of them! We enjoyed our stay! Hope to return!"
