"Everything was outstanding and very well equipped. The host is super nice and very responsive. Anything we needed she was on top of it. The property is absolutely amazing, and the sunsets were so beautiful. We saw deer and lots of fireflies. The firepit area was perfection and we enjoyed hanging out, making smores, and playing cornhole out in the area. Highly recommend this house. It does feel a little 90's era but we loved the coziness of it all. "

"We rented the home with a special goal in mind, and that was to host a small family birthday party for our 91 year old mom that has many relatives in the area. The large dining area, has 8 seats, the living room, 9 seats with 6 of those reclining. 4 spacious bedrooms. Outdoors had more seating than I could count. We enjoyed our stay and Bill Lord, the host, was quick to respond to a few questions I had during our stay. "

"Our family travels often, this visit to Tennessee was to attend the graduation of one of the our younger members and we found the mid-century estate to be fantastic. "We had an excellent stay! House is absolutely stunning on the inside & out. Lots of entertainment with the pool table, arcade games, and big screen tvs in every room! My only complaint would be that none of the ceiling fans worked in any of the bedrooms, but owner did provide small personal sized fans to help. We would definitely love to stay again in the future! "
